How to Order

BidMeat.eu is a B2B platform for professional food buyers across Europe.

1. Create your business account

Register your company using accurate business and contact details, including your VAT number.

BidMeat may verify company and VAT information before or during the commercial relationship.

A delivery warehouse can be added during registration or later in My Account → My Warehouses.

2. Select a product

Browse current offers and select the required quantity.

Products are ordered in kilograms (kg).

Unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Minimum order quantity: 20 kg
• Order step: 20 kg

Typical selectable quantities are therefore 20 kg, 40 kg, 60 kg, 80 kg and so on, subject to current stock availability.

Packaging type, carton information and nominal pack weight are displayed as product information. They do not change the commercial ordering unit, which remains kilograms.

3. Choose Pick-up or Delivery

You can select:

EXW / Pick-up The product price without BidMeat-arranged transport. Collection takes place from the dispatch location specified for the order.

Delivery to your warehouse Transport arranged to the delivery warehouse selected in your account.

When a warehouse is selected, BidMeat calculates the delivery price using the road distance between the dispatch location and the selected warehouse together with the applicable transport rate.

4. Review the price

Before submitting the order, the cart shows a clear breakdown:

• Products
• Delivery
• Total

Where delivery is selected, BidMeat may also display an informational Delivered price / kg.

The Delivered price / kg allocates the delivery charge across the ordered quantity for easier price comparison. The delivery charge itself remains a separate component of the order.

Changing the selected warehouse recalculates the delivery price and order total.

5. Select a payment method

Available payment methods may include:

• SEPA Bank Transfer
• SEPA Instant
• Prepayment / Pro Forma

Deferred Payment is not automatically available to new customers. It may become available after successful previous orders and is subject to customer verification, internal approval and trade-credit insurance approval.

6. Submit your order

Review the products, quantity, selected delivery option or Pick-up option, warehouse where applicable, payment method and total value.

After submission, the order is recorded in your BidMeat account.

BidMeat will process the order in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and the commercial conditions applicable to that order.
