Payment Methods
BidMeat.eu supports B2B payment methods designed for European business transactions.
The payment methods actually available for a specific order are shown during checkout.
SEPA Bank Transfer
Payment may be made by standard SEPA bank transfer to the bank account specified in the relevant order or payment document.
Where prepayment is required, fulfilment may depend on confirmation that the required funds have been received.
SEPA Instant
Where supported by the sending and receiving banks, customers may use SEPA Instant for faster bank settlement.
Actual availability and processing time depend on the participating financial institutions.
Prepayment / Pro Forma
BidMeat may issue a Pro Forma document containing the order value and payment instructions.
A Pro Forma is not a VAT invoice.
Where the order requires prepayment, processing proceeds in accordance with the payment conditions stated for that order.
The relevant VAT invoice is issued in accordance with applicable tax and invoicing rules.
Deferred Payment
Deferred Payment is not automatically available to new customers and may be shown as unavailable in checkout.
It may become available after successful previous orders and is subject to:
- customer and company verification,
- internal credit approval,
- applicable credit limits,
- approval of required trade-credit insurance, including Allianz Trade where applicable.
Availability of Deferred Payment is not guaranteed and may be changed or withdrawn based on credit risk or insurance conditions.
